I would have to agree that top one looks like chocolate, yummy. Actually they are ash red the one bird on the nest is the ash yellow that probably sent you the two above. Rec red and Rec yellow are are the richer colors like the yellow standing on the nest.

Get them in the air and let us know how they do.

Andrew, can you post some photographs of the bird in the nest bowl and good shots of it's wings and tail?
If the two ash-red youngsters were bred in an individual pen then one of the "dilute" pair isn't a dilute. Two dilute birds cannot breed non-dilute offspring. Have this pair bred any other youngsters?

Nope Robert.. 100% a dilute pair bred these two babies. 100% they were bred in an individual and I let them original parents raise them too because I only wanted to try one round dilute to dilute. So what kind of red is this then? because it's not rec.?

Andrew, the bird in the last photograph is a recessive red self. Post some photos of the bird in the nest bowl, because one of the pair isn't a dilute.

Andrew,
the cock of the pair, "papa", is probably an ash-red dark cheq or T-pattern cheq and dominant opal. A photo of an open wing and tail of his would be helpful. He is not dilute which is why he is breeding ash-red and recessive red young.

The last picture is an Ash ( tar ) marked . there are yellow selfs in picture number 2. And the pigeon in the cage with the red ring on. we would call it indigo. Its redplummy cheq. But indigo is a colour that is coming thruw the lines now. But colour maens nuthing
