Cement Floors

The entire loft has cement floors for easy cleaning. I can sweep or hose it down for a thorough cleaning. Cement also helps regulate loft temperatures. On hot days I've noticed its about 10 degrees cooler inside the loft and on cold days about 8 to 10 degrees warmer. I noticed that even 50 degrees can be very tolerable due to there being no wind chill inside the loft.
