I'm sure we all have them when it comes to Rollers! LOL
I thought it would be fun to find out what some of yours are. I have a couple: A pigeon that's so wild that you can barely look at it without it flying all over the place slapping you in the face with it's wings during the process, kicking up dust and feathers. Wild, wild, wild. Hate em'!
Then there's the one bird you get every so often that's so stupid you want to put a 12 guage to it. No tricks with feed or training of any kind work. Pure brain anemia!! LOL
I take those and make an introduction...

Al,
I will have to agree on the wild pigeon thing. I also hate those!!! Also, birds that don't stay with the kit and late developers really irritate me. Lazy ones, too.

Inconsistant performers.............a bird who rolls with velocity, dept, and frequency one day and doesn't even roll the next just goes along for the ride.
and,,,,,,,,,those birds that return late to the box everyday. They think they have to look the area over for about a half hour longer than any of the other birds
and...............cock birds.

Number one on my list would be a bird that rolls really good, but won't kit. UGGG that really irks me! Actually any bird that won't kit bugs me, but those REALLY make me angry!..LOL.

The one that fly above the kit, the ones that come down earlier than the rest, and I agree, that stupid bird that just does not want to go in when the others go in!!!

The bird that takes awhile to come in only does it once in my kit boxes...not trap....no grub...they learn pretty fast! LOL! Non kitters get a week or so...then off with the head! Wild ones....I just force them to be good! come down early once....ok...come down early twice....frying pan! I agree with you all!! The dumb ones...well...little forest gump pigeon....basil, butter and garlic salt!

A roller that gives you a solid 30 foot roll and then takes a wide circle before returning to the kit.David

I forgot to mention the non-kitters......if they refussed to kit I hardly consider them rollers. They embarrass me. Hell, commies even kit.
