Dave Szab, Thanks for the info. I have a copy of the 03 WC bulletin on the way so I can learn more details of the "chain of command" and organizational structure of the WC. You are a respected veteran of the NBRC and WC activities and we appreciate your input. So if the consensus of opinion of the WC committee members on this list is that the WC Committee doesn't conduct a Roll Call of RDs, and some RDs aren't participating in the politics (whether because they are not on-line or have not been contacted), and the WC Committee's attitude is that it is not their fault and its up to the RDs, how do we, the flyers, get our opinions heard? Is there any such mechanism in place? I also talked to an NBRC Master Flyer who said that in his personal opinion most RDs believe they are doing what THEY think is best for the WC, even when there is a strong possibility that a majority of his region's flyers don't agree with them. Are these responsibilities defined anywhere? Do these things concern you at all? (I don't seem to be able to get a straight answer to that question from any of the other WC guys on this list. They just keep hammerin' me. LOL)Maybe this isn't a good time for you to get involved in such a pointed debate in the midst of elections. We understand if you plead the 5th (for now that is LOL). I told you this is not a list for the faint-of-heart! If you would prefer to respond to me in private, that's OK, too. My staff is still trying to rearrange my patient-schedule so I can attend the FF Finals on Tuesday with Dom Cirri and you at Jay's, Don Simpson's and Clay's. Hope to see you there! YITS, Cliff

Cliff, every question that you have asked we have given you an honest straight forward answer. You inturn did not like the answers that we gave you. I told you before how to get a new RD if the one you have was not doing his job. It is real easy. Kevin

Cliff,
According to the procedures set up by the WC Committee, the following 2 methods are the only way that an issue can be presented to the WC Committee for official consideration and possible action. The issue must be presented from a paid WC participant, which from what I have read, I believe you are not.
1) A Committee Member (RD or CC) and 2 paid WC participants, or
2) A paid WC participant with the signatures of 4 other paid participants.
Therefore, you can see that there are procedures in place for flyers to present issues to the committee, even if your RD is not capable.
