Cliff this stuff is coming from very few people that are trying to fan the flames !!!! You are parroting the same exact thing that Clay Hoyle was last year and it all stems around the time-in rule and conspiracy theorys and just not liking the rule. I am going to tell you one more time the time in rule was changed to put everyone and every judge on the same page as to what is allowed and what isn't as far as interpitation , there "were" different versions of the rule depending on the region that you were in , not so now as it is written simple and cannot be manipulated around, if "you" cannot see the importance of this there is nothing else I can say , the bulk of the committee did at that time and so did the bulk of them this time when it went up to vote. The original change two seasons ago was passed 17 - 3 with 15 regions not voting, of those that didn't vote a few didn't vote on anything , one being Hawaii as they had no region director and just flew thier first W/C last year. several others only voted on a few of the issues and several others only voted on half of the issues. Great Britain region, Western plains Region, and San Diego region are the only regions that voted on every issue except this one , all of this was put into print.
This year Texas brought a petition in that wanted the time-in rule changed to the "new" NBRC time-in rule , this was defeated 32-6, now we have some that are trying to undermine us by spreading rumors and half truthes and you and I both know who these people are as you have been influenced by them , it is too bad that they involved you though before you have even gotten your feet wet. As for new RDs they need to pick up the phone and help out themselfs , the prior RDs also need to help out the new ones ,to put it off on everyone else as being their fault is silly , there are several new RDs from here and other countries on there and nobody had to track them down and hold their hands , if a region isn't on there they share the lions share of the blame.

The bottom line is folks either want to fly in the WC or don't. It's their choice. The WC is an event a person CHOOSES to participate in. If they don't like the way it is ran, they have the choice not to participate. You either choose to fly or not. The rest is just dirty laundry. Brian.

Brian, that is it in a nut shell. I have guys in my region that say if we do not get an easy judge that will not fly. We have had all types of judges here and they still dont fly. Wonder why that is??? Kevin

I personally do not know why people are making a big deal about the rule.....Man...just tell the judge how many birds you are flying and then open the door....when they set up to your liking....call time in.....then sit back and enjoy the show. What is so bad about that. If a couple hit the ground on the way out the door and don't go up....well...that sucks to be you! Kind of like what happens to tons of fliers on comp day...things happen...like training all year and waking up to 25mph winds on fly day...or Scott DQ Last year...or Chuck Roe DQ for 2 birds landing early missing the min time by like 30sec and already had 200 some odd points, Eddie Verdugo with 2 out birds but had like 500 some odd points if they would have stayed..rules can't make everyone happy...and it is not like it is some far...way out there wierd rule..LOL. Just follow the rules and fly your birds....either they score big or they do not on that given day. Different organizations have different rules....College Basketball rules are different from International Basketball rules...V.S. NBA rules no matter how you look at it...it is still world class basketball...but they are different governing bodies..just like W.C. and NBRC...California hunting laws are different then Utah hunting laws...Utah you have to wear orange....California you do not...I still hunt both..Or maybe I will get mad at the rules and not hunt at all...just put your birds up and call time in...and hope they are dialed in...Competition is fair if everyone is following the same rules...it is only unfair if the rules are not the same for everybody. My two cents...

Brain said it all.If you don't like it stay home.As for the jugdes go if the same jugde is doing the jugding he sees them the same so no big deal.If your birds don't do as their suppose to don't blame the judge or anyone else look to the one taking care of them. Blake

Just put your birds up in the air and let the judge do the judging............don't make competing so difficult. Don't judge the judge and don't judge your own birds on fly day.
