Cliff,
According to the procedures set up by the WC Committee, the following 2 methods are the only way that an issue can be presented to the WC Committee for official consideration and possible action. The issue must be presented from a paid WC participant, which from what I have read, I believe you are not.
1) A Committee Member (RD or CC) and 2 paid WC participants, or
2) A paid WC participant with the signatures of 4 other paid participants.
Therefore, you can see that there are procedures in place for flyers to present issues to the committee, even if your RD is not capable.

Dave, Thank you for the information posted. I feel this should spark a great deal of interest in the political workings of this great organization. I for one will most definitley enter a kit in the Cup this spring. Seems majority decision is the rule after all. I believe I would privaltely email other flyers who just might feel the same as I do. As a paid contestant I can be heard if others like myself have a similar thought. Action must be taken it would seem if a quorum of qualified contestants bring a subject to the table for discussion. At what point would the RD`s inform their constituency of pending actions or matters brought before the officers of the W/C? Another thought came to mind as well, should the RD`s be required to have an active email address? There seem to be a certain lag in the process largely due to the communication pyramid not being as sound as it could be while serving the needs of itself as well as the flyers who represent their regions. Would this be considered if brought before the commitee? Could the committee police its own communication chain? Once again Dave, thanks for the info, and your response is appreciated. YITS V99
