Congratulations to Clay Hoyle, NBRC 20-bird champ, and Don Oulette, NBRC 11-bird champ! We, here in the great Tarheel State of North Carolina are proud to see two great roller men who have been in friendly competition with each other for many years, Joe Bob and Clay, bring home wins in two of the two biggest flys in the nation and in the world. I count it an honor to have been there to witness it and to be breeding their birds. They both represent the essence of what it means, and what it takes to be counted among the best. I don't know Don O. personally, but from what I have read of him, he falls in the same category. They are roll models for us all in the sport. Well done men! YITS Cliff

Yes , "GREAT" job to both !!!!! Don Oullette also did a first with this fly , W/C Champ , NBRC Fall Fly Champ and now winner of the 11 bird fly , that is a GRAND SLAM and he is the first to do it !!!!! .

Don is one hell of a nice guy, too. He always answers his email and gives straight on good advise. I have been ignored by lesser breeders that is for sure.
Hall of Fame for sure.......!

CONGRATULARIONS to Don Ouellette. Don has got to be the closest thing we have in flying rollers to Monty Nieble now. Don is always a huge threat to win any fly. Just goes to show what hard work and dedication can do. Just goes to show if you work at flying good rollers. Don't whine and look for excuses why you can't fly. You make your own LUCK!! The fact Don is able to place towards the top so often and has won all three major flys. Proves its not just LUCK but good birds, Good handler, Great work ethic, Great attitude and just a little LUCK! CONGRATS on another great win and showing us all what it means to be a FLY GUY!!
