Hey Paul Ihave taken your advise in the (featured Article)
I just got 4 pair of birds today from Steve Agent in Md.They are all birds from Norm reed's line.Steve has won many many 1st place-in Md.and is Md. state champ.I am also getting 10 birds from Tony--and a few pair from Dominic Cirri.I was so wired up last night I only got a few hours sleep Lol!My Question is what do you know or anyone eles out there about Norm's birds? Training? comming into roll? and any other pertinent info.I have read Norm'name in several books-mags--so all I know is He is somebody in the Roller world, but I dont know alot about his family of birds.

thanks for your input
Mike

hi mik e I have a bunch of freinds that fly the Norm Reed birds and have seen them on several occasion compete in Major flys You wont be dissapointed with them they are the real mccoys when it comes to spinners .

You made a wise choice aquiring birds from a line of birds that are proven against the best in the world and winning MAJOR COMPETITION's

Good Luck

Well, if I could have written earlier, I would have..LOL!...I was kind of up to my elbows in trying different strains. Plus, I had to make sure that what I did seemed to work...so that I could pass on my experience with 100% accuracy. I really hope that it works out for you...if my article helps out one fancier...I am satisfied...

It is never to late to try a couple different strains..you may have one that you think is the cats meow...and true fit for you is just around the corner.

Tony and I had a long conversation about different strains last night....I also wanted to let him know that the 20 or so Ruby Roller kit birds that I have are starting to show me some nice roll. One was promoted to the A team yesterday and three to the B team. The rest are still young but look good so far. Just gave him a little update on how my birds are doing.

I think that I made my final choice on the two strains that I am going with...so now I have to get rid of 2 more pairs of proven breeders...or I may use them as fosters for some of my new pairs I just put together. I may use them for fosters for only a couple rounds...I can't keep them as fosters...because I can't let good pairs go to waste!

rock and ROLL
