I add vitamins and minerals to thier drinking water.
You can get both products from Global Pigeon Supply and all of the rest of the pigeon supply places.

You're not giving your birds salt. If your grit is white, it's probably inadequate. Get red grit. Give your birds half a teaspoon of salt in a gallon of water once a week and watch if they still want to go to the ground.

This question has also been asked before, "how much of apple cider vin. do you put in 1 gallon of water, and how often do the birds need them"?

I have written an article about the ACV. It is in the "All Roller Matrix" on the side. Read it. It will answer allot of questions for you.

OK, I know everyone has a different method. I personally have found a wonder food. I have been using 1/4 cup of 18% pigeon green in my kitbox. It has all of the neccessary vitamins and minerals. Before I used it my kit got a little flaky when I cut them under 2 cups. With the slightly increased protein level I have found then easier to manage. As a result they are healthier and bounce back quicker on a cycle. I use the PG as I call it to manipulate the kit to my purposes. I fluctuate from 1 1/2cup of milo 1/4 wheat and 1/4 PG. To the other end of 1 1/2 wheat 1/4 milo and 1/4 PG. I will cut to just over 1 1/2 total for one fly period, three days. Then start back up.I add more of the PG to bring them back into the world of the ordinary.Gets em all fat and happy then cycle them again. This is how I do it. yits Kenny
