I will if I don`t lose anymore birds. I am down to 18. I lost three in the wind a few days ago. Almost scared to fly.

Kenny, My best black self hen went MIA, also, after the wind kicked up after releasing the A-kit last weekend. I'm down to 16, but have a couple coming along from the B-kit to fill in. It seems like a slow downhill slide with respect to losses of good birds being replaced with birds of a little less quality. It's my RD's fault! LOL! He uttered those words that you never want to allow to spoken about your A-kit birds; "Cliff, with her speed and depth and work rate, I'd pull her and breed her before anything happens to her!" ARRRRGH!
YITS, Cliff

George,
Homing instinct is not a rollers strong point. I have had birds get lost five blocks away from my house. Sometimes the wind will push them into a tree or roof. Splat! Sometimes they get tired and land. When they get back up they don`t recognize their surroundings, get lost, go feral or die. You`ll be surprised after a season just how many birds simply don`t come back. You don`t see them go down or anything "get" them;they just disappear.

George,

I know that we have 8 guys that want to fly that belong to the West Coast Spinners. When does the qualifying rounds start in area 9A? I see that the finals are set for May 5 -7 for our area.
