Hello My daughter and I are seeking a pair of rollers, she now has Komaners, magpie (black/white), English Saddleback Muff Tumblers (black/white) and several racing birds. As she is handicaped, I am seeking a hobbie that we can do together and share the bond of raising a kit of rollers. They are lovely little birds with so much heart and vigor. Might you know where she may buy a pair or more of birds ? Vancouver, Washington

I think Dick Stephen is also from Oregon, he has some pretty good birds. Also in the NRBC site, you will have the names and possible email addresses of the fanciers in your area (in the members section). They will be able to respond to you. If you don’t mind to receive the birds by express mail from other states, check with Tony Chavarria (Owner of this site). He has some outstanding rollers for a reasonable price and you get all the support you need from him. Also there are other fanciers from out of state, who have pretty good birds that can help you. Remember that if you spend the money upfront on excellent blood, it will save you allot down the road, from frustration all the way down to home ability.

Look at the NBRC Members Directory for fliers in your area.
Hint: Also look at who is the Regional Director for your area (You are in Region 8B). Give Mitch a call.
Hint: Look at the World Cup Webpage: Look up the LAD (Local Area Director) for your area or Regional Director for the Northwest. Give Ivan a call.
Also mark your calendar for April 8-10. The World Cup Regional will be being flown in the Greater Portland Area. This will be a great opportunity to meet the local fliers and see some great kits fly. Call Ivan or Mitch for time and place to meet. Keith
