Okay fellas,
Once you get this streamlined super duper roller family, whatcha gonna do with it? Selection begins to play an important role now. You like your birds and know thay can be just that little bit better to put them over the top. What do you do?
We all know how to pick the basics.What I am talking about is the polish. Making them shine. Flying with the same wingstroke, flying in the correct figure eight pattern, flying at the correct height.
These are things I believe we should also select when we are breeding and culling. Some of these traits could take years to get into your program, the results should be worth it. They would make an unbelievably tight team.
What are some of the criteria we should/could look for when selecting for both the breeder and A teams? How do we get them in our teams?

As we all talk about the five primary traits when breed our birds, we also need to expand them and add a sixth trait. The sixth thrait should be 'Flying with the same wingstroke, flying in the correct figure eight pattern, flying at the correct height.'
But after you have the super duper family, all what you need is to fine tune it, but the sixth trait should have been already there. Otherwise, it is not a super duper.
Fine tuning could be allot of things, but I will let others elaborate further due to the fact that whether you have well inbred family or best to best family. It requires two different and separate handling procedures. Thanks.
