Heys Guys,
It was nice spending time with our HPRC Club members and NBRC W/C judge Heine Bjiker,the weather was great for flying.Our champ Tom Mendes put up his kit to be judged,they flew a good pattern,at a good scoring height.The kit did'nt due as well as a month ago for the regional win but represented well and showed that we are on our way.Tom's kit came down at 23 minutes with a 10 bird break directly over the loft ,landed as a team and went into the loft as a team.He only scored a 36 but every point was earned not given.Other than scoring a hell of alot more points,you couldn't ask the birds to do better.
Good food, Great members, new guys showing up[even flying in from Maui],it was a great show of support for our champ,my daughter even served as timekeeper.
In parting the words of wisdom were" put more time into your birds and in front of your loft,and less time on your PC on roller pigeon sites"LOL,that on hit home LOL.Heine said" I am to busy winning World cup competitions,than to go on such sites"......Aloha,Todd

With all due respect, he must not own a PC. A world of wisdom would've been served better if said that you need to get out of your backyard and visit other lofts in your area. If we spend all our times in our loft, then this lovely hobby of ours would become nothing but a nasty job. I am happy to say that his words are not gospel. He is just a successful flyer.

He does have a PC.You might not have understood the reasoning of the quote,it was a quote of a passionate competitor.Aloha,Todd
