Club BBQ/Auction/Meeting Set for June 17th
Ken Firl
Planning for the annual club BBQ is underway and the time and place has been set. The BBQ will be at Dwight Wallace’s house on June 17th and begin at 9:30AM. We need everyone to bring items for the raffle and birds for the auction. Please provide a single sheet of paper with a description of the birds up for auction so the bidders can make an informed purchasing decision.
AND we still need volunteers to help with the raffle and auction so let me know if you can help.
The rough agenda will be as follow:
9:30 Auction and Raffle Items submitted Rick Eastman/Bill Crider
10:00 Auction Mike Lockwood
11:00 Raffle Rick Eastman
12:00 Lunch Tom DeCicco
1:00 Club Meeting (Club Members only) Ken Firl/Bill Crider

I should be there....I hope....I may have to attend a live wildland firefighting drill...but if another Engine Company Officer goes...I can get out of it....If I do that would be great. Can you put next years club flys on the agenda...so that I can get in on the flys...LOL!! I will try and bring a nice hen and cock for the auction.
