Hey All, "Thanks" for all your thoughts and comments on how to handle new members to the forum.
After reading all the posts on the other thread and considering all the ideas that came in, I believe I will open the membership option to automatically accept new members, however, I would like to start with recruiting 2 or 3 more Moderators to join J_Star and me and seeing if the team approach will do the job.
Let me know if you would like to volunteer. I think CJ offered to help out, anybody else want to give it a try? I have a "Moderator Guide" so there is a clear understanding of responsibilities and expectations.
For those with an interest, email me in private and we can talk a little and see if we have a good match. Thanks!!
