Todd, I think that if you look back over the last few years they have done well. I also feel that with the scores as low as they have been that it is anybodies to win this year. I feel that Heine was right on the money at my house and I am to blame for my low score not him or the birds. I just didnt prep them correctly. Also from what I have heard from others it sounds like he has been nothing but consistant. Joe

Joe, I think you are right on the consistantsy thing, not just on his scoring this year, but with other quality W/C judges like Dennis Burke. Our clubs champ in 2004 was the same in 2006,Tom Mendes, flying the same kit[Dennis scored him a 36,Heine scored him a 36].Just something to think about, when it come to similar judging styles....Aloha,Todd

I agree with Scott. I think you should pull this post. I know us US folks would not like it if another country said that our guy won because the judge was from America. I think Tony should pull this whole thread.

Guys, If read the second post to Joe you can tell there no intent to deformate Heine. The post is simple and to the point either you know or you dont.Cool your heels and take the emotion out of the response.Scott I know your birds are Billings based,is there a problem with knowing that??Kevin, yes,I have met Heine....Aloha,Todd

Todd you can spin it any way you want, the intent of your first post is obvious and in poor taste , it reflects badly on "all" of us , not just yourself.

I think we have "read" too much into this. What I got is Hiene's bloodlines are superb and the people in that area are flying his bloodlines. I don't think it was ever suggested that Hiene will not be fair in judging his own birds or bloodlines..........it is just that he may have the strongest bloodlines in the business right now and it goes to reason that this area may be the strongest area RIGHT now.

Scott, Its one thing to have a sense of pride than to be full of pride.Heine was the hinter here. When it was said and how it was said put a bug in my ear, they probably fly his birds. When I saw the recent results,it struck me alittle funny. You know Heine better than me,so I'm sure you think I'm 110% wrong in even making an assumption in that direction, but you weren't there and my opinion is my opinion. How you think it alright for a W/C judge to make this assumption openly, prior to seeing the kits fly is for you to figure out ,if you haven't already. At this point I am just curious to know how the current leaders birds are based. If you don't know fine.I still think Heine is a quality judge in scoring,I just don't agree with his character, regarding this....Todd...My e- mail is aloharoller@hawaiiantel.net

Actually talking to Tim Decker this morning who judged them a couple of years ago, he said the guy is flying English birds unless he's changed. Todd that is niether here nor there, what is,is , I am seeing a real trend from American fliers that is nothing short of bad sportmanship and the type of behavior that will fold this thing.

Awww get over it Scott, And while your at it pull YOUR head out of Heine's crotch! Todd has every right to express his opinion-its his not yours! Stop being so paranoid. No one is beyond reproach in this sport as no one is perfect. Next year we'll have a new judge with a new subjective stance. To say criticism will threaten the WC is poppycock! Mammoth

Yeah, Next season we can bash a different judge for not getting the scores right. Same as the zebras during football season. They do it for almost nothing, baseball umpires get 80k a year to umpire 160+ games plus two months a year of training/certifications.Seems to me that most of the officials do it for their love of the sport, plus all the abuse thay can take. Sounds like a winner to me.

Once again here is a prime example of someone jumping on the band wagon and attacking another hobbiest. Mammoth only six posts under your belt and your attack on Scott and the comment that he should get his face out of someones crotch is totally uncalled for. Scott did not attack you or try to degrade you in anyway. He was just defending someone who gives of their time to better our hobby. Try putting yourself in Scott or the judges shoes before you act so uncivilized and immature. I wonder if you would be so quick to say this to Scott or the judge if they were sitting across the table from you hhhmmmm. i think not because Scott would most definitely kick your !@#. I always find it interesting at how quickly people blame their failures on someone else. Has anyone stopped to think that maybe their birds scored poorly because they were prepared properly or had an off day. My god grow up and take responsibilty for your short comings. Don't come on this site with this crap and drag it down with petty and childish comments. If you don't have anything constructive to say on any of these threads then just shut the hell up. Attacking a long valued member of this forum is totally uncalled for. Take a look at how many posts Scott has under his name. 801 posts if that doesn't say something about his dedication to this site then nothing does. If I have learned anything on here over the years it is that Scott calls a spade a spade whether you like it or not. He also has a tremendous amount of knowledge of this hobby and doesn't deserve to be degraded. Lastly if you piss him off enough he will send his grand mother to kick your !@3, as long as there isn't any bongo halls along the way. To you Scott I think it might be time to call granny. LoL Jusy My Buck Fifty. Oh and just so you don't think I am hiding behind an alias it is Cory Joseph and my email is coryj@nexicom.net C.J.

CJ, you are right. Except about Scott kicking his butt(not his style. Its funny how the new guys are kwik to bash. Scott is a great guy for the hobby. No one seems to ask why or how he was with Heine this year. Well here it is. I am the RD for our region. I used the last of my vacation to run the qualifier fly. When Heine was coming I had no way of getting off of work. Scott stepped up and took over. He drove around a two hour round trip drive to get Heine and then had him for two nights. It was also a three hour round trip to Joe Urbons house to fly in the finals. Then another two hour trip to get him to the Airport the next morning. He did all of this with no hesitation or complaints. Some have even said that he is upset that he didnt make the finals. If he was would he do this. This is also just a small part he plays in the sport. Ask anyone that knows him in person. He is very deticated to the sport. Now all you classless bashers go on and bash away. Kevin P.S. you are right that people have a right to their opinion, but they should have a clue what the hell is going on before they publish it!!!!
