i was just wondering about the kit box.. should inside the kit box be all dark or dose it have to have some light inside it... i hear somewhere that if the kit box is very dark without light the roller will performance better. im jsut getting into to this hobby and wanted to know..

You would have to know your family first and to see what would make them perform better. My family does not need the kit boxes darken, if it is they get to exited when liberated. I have the doors of my kit boxes screened to have open light. Try it all and see what works best.

Hello, Semi-dark box I would prefer and currently using.

I think when birds release from completely dark box they get too excited and roll right out of the box and may hit the ground. To avoid that kind of accidents you may want to have semi-dark box.
