I usually use tetracylin or something like that (can't spell it). but if that doesn't work then I have a strong belief it has a ringworm or something inside (most likely a parasite) talk to a feed store near you and let the person examine it (bring the bird with you), if you don't know a local store I believe that you should include what you are feeding the birds, how you loft flooring is, how your loft is, how big the loft is, anything you put in the water or feed, if it is eating or just sitting there, if the feather on the back is up, include every little detail and I gaurentee someone can help.
