Received a lost roller yesterday with an IPBR band. Can anyone help me with some contact information for this organizations band secretary. thanks for your help

Hey, it might be difficult to find this owner as the IPB stands for Independent Pigeon Breeder and these bands are sold to the general public and names are not documented.
FYI: If you buy bands from this site, your name is recorded and so a lost bird with an RPDC or Custom band from us can be traced back to you. ---------- FLY ON! Tony Chavarria
