Why is it that my rollers just tilt back but do not follow through and roll? Is there something I can do to fix that or does it mean that they just have bad bloodlines? Thanks, Tim

The 4 month old birds may not have came into the roll yet. Make sure you are flying them every chance you get(every day if possible). The 2005 bird is probably a cull. ---------- Snicker Rollers

I agree with Nick unless the 05 bird hasn't had much fly time.If he has been lock down for some reason I give him a little more time, the squeekers need more time to see what you got. ---------- Ron

Keep the 05 bird in til you get your squeaks up and runnin. An older bird can keep the squeaks in line, show them the ropes in the air. I always fly an older bird with my squeaks.
---------- If they don`t kit,they don`t score. Color don`t roll and peds don`t fly. It`s a comp thing,understand?

I think you should take that 05 bird out of there. Put in a bird that will roll proper and use that older bird that rolls as a trigger bird. Young birds tend to watch other birds and just like a baby will follow. So to me that 05 bird is hurting you and teaching the babies bad habits.
Good luck Cameron S.I.R.C.

Thanks for all the input. I am just starting out and that 05 bird is my best even though he only rolls a little so I will have to stick with him for now. But I do notice that he keeps the sqeeks in line and keeps them flying. Thanks, Tim
