If you have squeakers showing signs you think is PMV, you will most likely have adult birds dead on the floor.
What signs make you think it is PMV

The reason I ask this (and this isnt' directed at you personally) is that people tend to jump to conclusions when they see a bird acting suspicious or looking ill. There are a myriad of illnesses, both bacterial and viral, that can affect a person's birds. Since PMV is widely considered the Black Plague to the pigeon hobby, every time someone gets a sick bird, they immediately suspect the worse in which most of the time it is not, and is something more common to just about every loft.

If your adult birds are fine and your babies (I assume in the nest) are the ones appearing ill, it is most likely paratyphoid or another one of the bacterial ailments.
