Since we are all trying to get along now, I would like to invite Ron Simpson back to this site. He was one of the VERY FIRST supporters and posters AND THE FIRST MODERATOR before he and his show rollers were forced out.
Ron come on back, we love ya man! What do ya say Brother RollerJoe, can I get an AMEN!? ---------- FLY ON! Tony Chavarria

Tony, I'll give you an Amen, for what it's worth!Ya might end up on Mars tho.Not that I'm a fan of showbirds, but I think it's great if we can talk about ANY BREED of pigeon on this site.Is that allowed or what?Set me straight on this will ya!?My bonehead doesn't seem to be able to zone in on your posting policy for some reason!!Where the heck is that thing anyways?---------- Kelly

I agree just as long as we all agree to disagree and don't get into comparing breeds. How about putting different forum tabs so we all can choose which one we want to be in or visit each of them. Just a thought. C.J.

Tony, my thoughts are though you might be showing the warmth of a good mood, I'm not so sure that would be a good idea. Nothing against show rollers or anything else, but I think it would lead to some discussions you might not want to have start up again. Its just natural as we have seen. That's just my .02

I have the same thought as BMC. Show Rollers are not really rollers anymore and I wonder what they could give to this site that would keep the swet off of the upper lip of some of our more vocal people(LOL).
We are not an all breed site and I don't want us to really be one; not that I don't enjoy other breeds cause I do. It is just when I want to hear about them I go to thier sites and just lurk with a few questions now and then.
Just may not be good for them nor us. ---------- Snicker Rollers

Nick, See what you mean about Show Rollers not being Rollers anymore. How can you call them Rollers if they don't fly?? I've thought about bringing this up here in the past, the question of being able to talk about multiple breeds of pigeons on this site.I like CJ's idea of having forum tabs for different breeds.Looking at it from a business point of view,I'd think it could only produce more income for Tony and give us pigeon nuts more opportunities for contacts and access to knowledge about other breeds.I think there are many of us who have more than just Birmingham Rollers.Just my thoughts, and like you Nick,I reserve the right to change my mind. By the way,I thoroughly appreciate all the good things this site offers. Kel.

Pigeons are all great as are the fanciers, it's just BR's are more fun to watch and take more care to breed for what they do. Is a pointer not a pointer if he doesn't point? It's a valuable sight and some things are common to all breeds of pigeons like certain diseases. Also, there is something to be learned from everyone, maybe not about BR's, but something. Bill
