I agree with Nick, I like that red check...but I'm partial to the Andalusian, as well, especially the eye! I bet he's a good one in the air. So, no RB, those would not be Jacs, I don't believe...more like Turner birds I'd say, although the bottom two do look more like Jacs than Turners in the head. Correct me if I'm wrong, belle.

Cliff

If that RedChecker has the motor that's the one, Cliff other than the color what is it exactly that you like about the Andy ? that Andy isn't even in the same league no matter what color you paint it.

NO you cannot have the bird that Joe Bob gave me(top), the bird under him is one of his sons.
I think the other birds have jacs in them they are out of my family I have been working on. The last 2 birds are 12 weeks old and they are looking real good in the air.
Some more of my birds

She is out of the cock on top and she is the mother of the one below (line breeding)
She has super fast velocity it looks like she is hovering. But she is way to frequent so she could never get in the kit.

The blue-bar badge is very sweet...did it come from Joe Bob also? I mention it because he has a blue-bar cock carrying recued in his stock loft as a key producer that throws a lot of booted blue bars. I have a booted blue lace hen that he gave me off that cock for breeding purposes, and every booted bird I have came from her.

Scott,
I prefer the shorter cobby look to the Andy. He looks like he'd sit in the palm of your hand like an apple. His keel looks a little deeper and he looks to have a little more chest muscle, which I like to see. The chesty Andys in my birds have better speed and control with their depth. I'm not crazy about his head and his beak, though. The red check is a little longer in the body, tail, and wing than my personal ideal type. But he appears to be well-balanced, and I like the head, better. He also has more prominent wing butts which I like to see.
YITS,
Cliff

Yes, that is the blue bar badge we are speaking of. The one below it with the white flights is a dark andalusian.

Cliff I used to like short and coby also , I learned though that it was only due to pleasing esthetics , you will find smoothness and balance coming from birds with a slight cast to them , to much chest also spells X wing type rollers, just something to think about and compare in the future.
