Heres the house (not taken from a roller Tony). We had a sunny about 4 years ago and somebody made the most of it.
Taken a few years ago before I got into the rollers. The loft is in the top left hand corner.

I, bonnie Scotland ( when it isnt raining). We are about 100 miles north of Glasgow, on the west coast. Oban, Gateway to the isles they say, a wee town, population about 10k.
I just finished laying the slabs round the loft yesterday. It has been that wet lately it was just turning into a quagmire (spelling?)

Sounds like the wet coast of Canada where I live.We all have webbed feet here. Those slabs look like big tiles from the air. ---------- Kelly

Nice set up, but those tiles, well, not would I would have chosen. Any bird that hits that is a dead pigeon. Looks nice though.

I know what you mean Brian but when the birds leave the loft they fly straight out over the neighbours house. Any that do roll down usually get handed back over the fence! I had gravel before but as it is at the bottom of a slope it just turned to mud with leaves from the trees etc.
Hers one even higher still. I used tipplers to get this pic Tony!! We are smack bang in the middle.

I cheers Wayne. Been sorting out the loft today getting ready to pair up. Going to put down 10 pair. All the birds bred direct from Daves equal 8 pair, plus 2 pair I got from him this year. None of what I bred are proven in the air so its going to be another year of possible false starts I suppose but there you go.
Hope you are enjoynig the hols.
