Those are nice cock birds. How about a second post with pics of the hens you plan to use them with first off?? That would be interesting too.

John,
Some very nice birds!!..Of what you have shown in the last month or so ,do you consider the FASTEST and the most prepotent.I have some deep birds, but they lean closer to the indivdual type of roller, probably because of the depth. They never out bird, cause problems, fly their time, and make it back from overflys...Aloha,Todd

This Blue ck self hen i'm going to breed to JFD-02-299
the hen is also 1180 Pensom. We will see what they produce
Alohazona i have 4 different familys but i dont cross them i have done it in the past when i didn't have for example had Blaas hen but didn't have a Blaas cock not many but now i have what i need. To me the Houghton family are the ones for kit compition as they break big in (Unison) with frequency, the John Destouet family are very stable and the Quality is Excellent, the Blaas 272 family are very fast velocity, and the Leh Meyer family is the true Birmingham roller as far as multi depth they can go 10' when low and 40' to 60' 100' up high my opinion from my experiences more like the individual spinner. Thanks for posting the hen pics John. I sure like the looks of that first hen myself. Both are very nice looking hens though. It is interesting to me to see pairs and hear the progress of the pairs or lack thereof even. haha
Good post all the way around John.
