Hi
This is a test to see if I can send a pic of a drawing my grandson made of a pigeon trap I made for my kitboxs .
My kitboxs have dropdown doors for trapping & also landing boards on inside of trap , makes it easier for training young birds.
The landing boards on the inside is the reason for the trap being box shaped .With-out the landing board on the inside, the box extension ,(to recess the trap beyond the inside landing board) , wouldn't be neccessary. You would just need a trap-sized board with the hole & wires.
I use this one trap for all my boxs. I move it from box to box. When the birds are down, I open big kitbox door, put in feed, they go in & I shut big door & Put the trap in dropdown door if there are stragglers. The trap is held in with wingnuts like the old storm windows Sam
