Kelly, What hard time? I asked an honest question. Why the name Sucider? Especially in connection with rollers that puts up red flags. I also asked how we could help. How is that a hard time?

Sucider,

I notice these are your first posts. Welcome to the site; there is a lot to learn here and you will have fun.

What Spud is refering to is that there are people who purposely breed for rolldowns and those breeders call them suicide rollers. So your name throws up that flag.

I don't see why folks would want to see these birds roll down!I put one down a while back,it broke my heart to see him hurt himself every time i flew him.No control at all.Great style ,speed but way to much depth!

No, but you have to be able to spell and use sentence structure that doesn't give viewers a damn head ache trying to figure out what the hell this kid is trying to say. I have a 14 and 16 year old, don't preach that literacy stuff with me..LOL, and I don't expect them to spell every word correctly, just as I don't expect everyone here too...but...they aren't allowed to communicate with adults like that...and actually they are getting an education in school. Somehow I wonder what half of these kids plan on doing when they get out of high school and can't even spell.

Sucider that sounds like it could be a gang name? I went to a school in charlotte (grades K-6,)where there was about 35% white so I can understand "down with it" talk
but I DO NOT talk like that. I have heard some Asians slang talk like this before.
I can't spell that good, but when you ask for help you will get more help if the older guys can read it.

Lacking good communication skills may be understandable with those learning English or very limited in education. Purposefully using unintelligible incoherent slang is just annoying and inconsiderate on a forum where effective communication is important.

Chor,
I have to disagree with you! I have 4 children from 18 to 10 years old and none of them speak this way, I wouldn't allow it. I want them being raised in an enviroment where speech and grammar are important in their lives. I just dont believe that "it is just the way it is"! To address another english speaking person in a matter which is not readable is not the correct way. Speak and type in a language that the people you are speaking to can understand....Jerry

you are right in a way but not all people are the same, some people talk in there own ways and do things in their own ways, its how they was raise and the enviroment they was raise in,its just like peoples acsents how they was raise and their enviroment as long as people understand each other thats all that matters, people from different area talk different, its understandable to me because i have been there and done that, not because i am short in education or learning english, missouri flyers thats good that your kids are raise in a good enviroment, this is something that you and your kids probally will never experience, to alot of people thats just the way it is, they was raise in this enviroment and its just they way the talk, have you seen the movie "bringing down the house" with queen latifa and the other white guy maybe you might understand where these slangs come from, talking in slang these days are cool for kids where i live at "Sacramento" people these days are just different from back in the days and as long as people understand each other then its all good

Text messaging on cell phones is where my kids get it from. Their both honor students and can write fine, but when they text me i usually have to call them to ask them what the hell that crap they just wrote me meant.LOL Its like they have their own language for texting!
