You mean currently Todd? If so, no. But I do have some experience on this. Have done it in the past, with excellent results.

Todd, If things work out I`ll be there in a couple of years. ---------- V99 Good spinners don`t always make good breeders.

Todd, I'm trying to get a full bro/sis kit together right now.Got 6 in the nest now born within 30 days of each other and going to keep pumping that pair till I get 24.I put the breeders together Dec. 15th so should be able to do it tho' I know it's gonna be hard on the one pair probably. They are a strong pair in my stock loft and the hen is from a Barrett hen Monty cock. The cock is a Monty cock.Last year their offspring all started rolling alot sooner than the pure Monty birds I bred so they didn't kit as well at first because they rolled so darned deep and frequent, and weren't always strong enough to spring back up there. Now those birds(the 4 I have left) are doing better but still have some problems with speed at getting back up to the kit as the Monty birds have not quite developed to full potential and only spinning half as deep.My hope is a kit of only those Barrett/Monty birds will work into something better.Time will tell. ---------- Kelly

I have to admit,I do like the assembly of this particular kit.The parents are pure Roger McVay,very prolific breeders. The cock 20 ft fast and tight, the hen,40 ft,twice a minute. He's a dk. blue check self,a spittin image of his grandfather,Hatcher's #266..The hen is a blue check badge,a grandaughter of both #425 and # 266.They are blue badges, balds, beards,or bluechecker mixtails.Their performance is tightenining up and moving forward. So I can say,the results are favorable as well....Aloha,Todd
