depends....if ya want to foster both hens from that 1 cock, then you are KINDA in the right direction..BUT, if you want them to be mated to the hens that you had the cocks with, then place them in individual pens paired up until they are accustomed to where ya want them.

I had that happen to me before also, i just let them be LOL... i also had hens that is also was sitting on eggs and had some squabs in the nest when she was helping another @@#@ sit on his eggs feeding his youngs also shit is crazy, i have also have 2 hens pair up and had eggs but they never hatch of course, i also had a @##@ that had two hens that all 3 help sit on the eggs and raise the youngs, both of the hens layed and the same time also but only 2 hatch and they got along very good just like a happy family did LOL... i wanted to see if it would work out and it did the hens never even fought once, i ended up braking up one of the hens and gave it to a friend, birds are crazy, anything can happen man

hi Keng,.. I actually had this happen to me this year as well. I lock up my breeders in individual boxs till they mate and lay eggs. then I open the doors on the fronts so they have room to exercise and its easier to feed them. This last month I have 2 pairs side by side and the cock bird on the left is actually sitting both side from time to time. The cock to the hen in the right hand box doesnt even drop in for a visit any more. They are both due to hatch this week and I give them about 2 weeks then I lock them up again and I will put the original pairs back together so I know for certain the parentage of the young. It is odd to see but I guess the dominate cock is being just that... dominate. It is funny though ccause I thought the same thing, he`s just pimping!!! Butch
