Dave, I like the red check. The black pic doesn't fit on my 19 inch monitor. Will have to get you to down size him a bit. Gregg.

Nice looking birds Dave.Have you ever had a problem with BOPs grabbing birds through the 1" wire on your flypen.Had one by two " wire on one of mine and had to downsize it when a hawk grabbed 2 birds and did some damage last month. ---------- Kelly

Hey Dave, Good looking birds, I wish my reds did something besides eat! I've been having better luck with my dark torts and dark checks. My kit improved 100% after I pulled a couple reds and the white flighted birds out. Funny, that left my kit consisting of 8 birds off my Starley pair and 4 off something I put together myself. Enjoy your birds this spring. Are you competing this year? If so, good luck to you. I am still working/waiting on depth and other inconsistancies in my training abilities. Janene

hi squeeker, well I wouldn't expect much from them 2 pair of color birds I gave you last summer, they were from my friend John but no one has had any luck with them wanting to fly very well. I think he was more of a collector of them and he openly admitted to being blind and couldn't tell one from another in the air. Hope thoese others do well for you. See you Dave
This red cock is also a full brother (381?) to a cock that Kim T in Michigan, the one he has was a good stock bird for me also. He also had the dad of this bird that came via Wendell in Michigan that is a red checker, 246, if he is still alive, a 1995 bird if I recall.

No I have never had any issues with the 1" wire sun cages, but did have an incident where a raccoon I think? somehow got ahold of a hen in my kit box, the hen liked to perche on the waterer roof near a vent close to the floor. I left the lights on that night and something grabbed her and ended up pulling her head off. She was destined for the stock loft too, hope I can get another one like her this year, a daughter from 972. Dave

Hi Dave, Yes I have 99-383 cock, 99-380 ,cock died. and 95-246 is still filling eggs!! and the 96-9 hen is still fertile. I have 2 05 black cocks and 2 06 red hens I have raised that are 20-30 ft fast, that I'll fly In the W/C kit in June. I had 19 for my kit, but today I had an over fly 5 are MIA. Hopefully in the mornning I'll get the rest back. A month ago I lost 14 A team birds, and never got a one back. But I have been working harder with the remaining 19 and have been comming along better than I had hoped for! If I can get the other five from this kit back tomorrow I will still be in good shape for fly day! Kim Tappenden,
