Janene,
I'm am so sorry for your father, most people think
the fire scene is the danger but you know it's the damage from excertion and adrenalin. I am one of the lucky, bumps and bruise here and there but mostly OK! My hands won't allow me to key-board quick enough for the chat room. I would however be glad to talk through email.

You nailed it on the head. It was the sudden wakening to the alarm and the adrenilen that follows that the Doc. said was off limits. He has since retired to a 50 hour work week for $9 an hr. transporting non emergency patients to appts, nursing facilities and hospitals. He does it because it helps people in need..you know the type. Forever my hero. YITS Janene

I'm sure your father is missing the action but I'm also sure he is loving you and yours. I wish only the best
for your family. I tried the sit on the couch but had ants in my pants. Now I keep busy with a small construction company. Keep him moving and thinking, stagnation means loss, loss of mind, life and everything he values! Sorry about the soap box!My Wife and I will be thinking of you and yours.

Thats a lame excuse for not chatting. Remember we are pigeon guys not typists. The pace is not a very fast one. Join us and create your own set of abbreviations like most of us do. I almost guarantee a good time.
