Sharks win, I quit! After five breeding seasons and four flying seasons, I quit. As I stood in my loft last night holding a pigeon watching his blood drip through my hands, I verbalized why in the f#$k am I doing this? After having hundreds of birds slaughtered over the past four years, I refuse to feed another damn hawk. Therefore, I offer for free: 31 banded unflown '07 birds, 25+ '05 and '06 birds, 44 '07 NBRC bands. Birds are for pickup only in the Flemington, N.J. area. Birds are originally from John Marino and are derived from Lavin birds crossed into his family. They tend to be late developers, strong and somewhat stiff. They also kit like glue and are fast and deep when performing. Was going to work the yo-yo system on them this year. I think it would help. If you have any interest, e-mail me with your phone # at : emmyelainew@patmedia.net.
Tony, thanks for a great site. Brian McC, Brian M., and Paul F. thanks for advice without the attitude. You are a credit to this hobby. Ivan, you're doing a great job. Keep it up.
Sadly, Geo.

Geo,

Hate to see ya pull out entirely. Steve's suggestions may be away for you to go if you would like to stay in perfroming birds.

Take some time to rethink what you want to do and no matter in which direction you go I wish the best for you.

If you leave..that is a real loss...but a pigeon man is a pigeon man...get some homers...or Doneks...or maybe some Iranian High fliers....We have all gone throught he hawk issue....I hope you stay in some sort of pigeons...and stay on the site...and check in...but...I think you should stick it out...it seems like you have quite a few birds....just try some different things....fly a kit of culls...rotate fly time...but of course..if your mind is made up...get another breed and have fun..remember it is about the pigeons...get into showing...there is joy and work at that but just a different kind...or like I said...get a breed the dives or can outfly a hawk..then you can kick back and watch them drive the hawk crazy...

Rock and ROLL
