Yes, it is a dilute tortiseshell white flight, probably a hen. In many breeds the color name for this is Sulpher Tortiseshell.

Medium tort in my world. There are three kinds of torts; dark, medium, and light. I can't handle all the other names and in my mind this pretty well describes 'em all. ---------- Snicker Rollers

that is a very nice looking tort i have a really dark tort that i have been flying for a long time and it was a very light bird till i started giving him vitamins and flying him every day here is a pic of him
