I got to meet Nick Siders yesterday! I had a great time looking and talking about his birds and learned just about more than I could take in. I am really looking forward to getting my first rollers and makeing new friends. Once again thanks alot Nick you have some good looking birds and I really enjoyed my time talking about them yesterday. Wish I could have stayed longer but I had to go home and play with my kids and kill a SNAKE that was in my loft!! Did not get any birds may have been in there waiting on a mouse but anyways I had a great time!!!!
Thanks Tripp

glad you got the snake, but if you got mice in the loft you still got a problem to deal with. If the mouse can get into the feed or the feeders you will likely soon have sick birds. Ya mighta been better off with the snake...LOL Butch

Tripp,
We will have to do it again. I will have something ready for you in about 30 to 40 days. You will do alright....just keep it simple.

I did get to see the SUPER CHICKEN! He was a nice looking bird. Yeah simple Nick, I am planning on building a single kit box like you have to fly my birds out of and I will be watching them and pick my breeders out of them after awhile what do you think.
I have not seen any mice and hope I do not I have poison and a repeating trap out and mothballs under the loft so hopefully I will not have any pests!
Thanks Tripp

He is a two hander and I about riped off all his secondary feathers trying to hold him. I told him the story about how he got the name.
Tripp is going to be good for the hobby.....I think he too suffers from ornithophilia like the rest of us. He has been hooked I think.

Tripp,
I got to meet Nick a few weeks ago, WOW I WAS FLOORED! My stay went way to fast, I could not even begin to suck in all the stuff that he was showing me. I look forward to coming down again sometime, maybe then I will have more time, or can make more time.

Yeah I to think my time went real fast! Maybe next time you are down this way I will have the chance to meet you as well I am very new to rollers and Mr.Nick was full of good info I feel that I am fortunate to live so closely to someone with as much knowledge as him. I work only 15 minutes from his house I really can't wait until I get some rollers so me and my kids can watch them do not think I will compete but you never no. May end up getting rid of all my hommers. I do not know much about the compatition.
Thanks Tripp Grassie
