What we need to do is hire a lawyer, and bring a class auction law suit against the department of U.S Fish and wild life, for contributing to the destruction of personal property. I’ll be the first to put money in to the pot. To get this ball rolling we need to open a special trust fund trough the NBRC to pay for the lawyer and other legal fees. We also need to get the AU and other originations to help financially to give it more fire power. It will help in the protection all pigeon breeds. My birds are worth at lest a hundred each, I want compensation for each bird those hawks eat. If the law can hold you countable for your kid’s actions, we can do the same to them for our birds!

A few years ago i had a Hawk hit my hand trying to take a bird i was holding,he did not take the bird but sceard the crap out of me,lets say that hawk would have cut my hand with his talons,Is the state protecting dangerous animals that get too close to humans? should i sue if a hawk scratches my face when i open my loft and he had gone in and comes out flying, Had that happen too,didnt scratch me couse i moved out of the way fast enough.
What will it take for them to see they are agressive and dangerouse.
