Hey Rudy,
trying to make sure I will have birds doing their thing by then....I have had an outstanding year so far as far as breeding with a direction that is panning out..I have several smokers coming along, and just placed 14 more young into the kitbox from the breeder loft, and had another 12 born within the past 3 days..I am stoked! I am flying 28 together now, and will start pulling some soon, but as of now, they are working together like old birds.

Just got in from the lake, gonna go eat, then will call ya this evening..Your Bud,

Gonna shut my breeding down as soon as this round is over too. Be setting where Jerry is but lost most of my first two rounds! First rnd to preds and an overfly, sec rnd to the dogs! But now I have YBs everywhere. If I don't get my third kit box finished this week, their gonna be setting on each other! Getting out of hand, hatching out like popcorn! Just gonna set back and fly them out as much as possible and see which family works best for me! Hopefully by next spring I will know what I like and be focused on compition! Thats my goal anyways!

Good job and best of luck on your birds Jerry! Be coaching LL football during the fall fly, but I will come and see your birds if you fly next spring!

Thanks Val,
I am attempting to breed enough to make sure I have some to fly next spring. My past with overflys isn't a good one, and me only breeding 25 to 30 the past few years didn't help..I should have 70 after the next round, then they are getting broke up.
Like you, I needed more room, and badly. I had the other 2 kitboxes about stuffed. The newest double box really helped, and is designed better than the past ones.
You are welsome here anytime. Good luck with the L.L coaching.
