Here are a couple photos of my 72 Nova SS...I just finished the car a couple weeks ago...it was a show car before I tore it apart...just need a little fresh'n up here and there....new paint..interior and added multi point fuel injection..yes baby this old 72 has a computer!
Paul that is a nice nova I notice you stil have the Ac hooked up? What size motor are you running in there and what kinda rearend do you have ? Nice car.
Nice car Paul looks like youve done loads of work on that car real nice, Jim you any pictures of your old mustang as i like to see the old classic American cars. ---------- Regards W@yne UK
The car as a 350 ZZ4 Balanced short block, Edelbrock aluminum heads,RPM Cam with .510 lift, RPM electronic multi port fuel injection, Brodix Roller ROckers, Mallory EFI ingition system....Weind Aluminum Racing Water Pump with everything run by COG pulleys. The A/C does work...just switched it over to 134A and it SUCKS..not as cold. Has a TH400 Trans with shift kit and 2200RPM custom built stall converter. 12 Bolt posi rearend...custom FLow master 2.5" exhaust. Before I added the fuel injection...it was 325hp and the rear wheels and close to 410hp at the fly wheel...quarter mile time was high 13's..but it is a show car not a drag car.....I plan an putting it on the Dyno on the 25th of this month. It should be about 430hp at the fly wheel...but maybe not. The front end is also running tubular A-arms...
The car came with factory Tach, console gauges, bucket seats, A/C, P/W disc brakes, SS wheels and Power steering...The stereo is a Kenwood deck, to 10"JBL subs powered by a 300watt amp, 2 memphis 6X9 and 2 memphis tweaters powered by a 300 watt Alpine V12amp with an interfire equalizer that also runs your i-pod...an it has a 6 disk pioneer CD Changer....all in custom boxes and mounts...
The cool thing is that this car was built the 3rd week of May in 1972....I was born the 4th week of May 1972...weird ain't it.
Anyway...I had to outcross the bad boy to get the yellow color...she rolls with lots of SPEED although not much on depth...but short distance explosive power....except you have to really keep the High Octane feed to this bad boy...very high strung...little guy....has made the stock loft...LOL
That is one nice car i like the old 69 Dodge chargers better but that is one really nice muscle car i bet you could race it and win a couple but if you put some flow master exhaust it would put a few more horse power and tork and a different oil filter could make it run a little better it would clean out any impurities just a suggestion here is my favorite car video its pretty good

IT HAS FLOWS LOL!! IT has a custom exhaust built by Flowmaster when one the there plants was in West Sacramento...it is running 2.5" "Custom" exhaust...it was put on by flowmaster...two pipes in and two pipes out..with a crossover right after the header collectors. I do run racing "purple" oil with Wix high-Per...filters. The exhaust is all welded with no claps....it is a show car..but it stomped on Charger R/T and a Late model Z-28 camaro with cool air intake.....but it just barely won....lol...that was with the lawn chairs and show supplies in the trunk..LOL...that was before the EFI was installed....can't wait to see what they dyno pulls are with the EFI...I will post the numbers after the 25th..that is D-day...lol.
dang so you really are serious about your cars well good luck on every thing and i cant wait to see what it can do 4 u ---------- The man in black city-side-lofts.piczo.com Ben the bird man of Idaho
Nice car Paul. Reminds me of my hot rod days. If you want the AC to blow cold, you will need a bigger condenser and probably evaperator also. 134a will blow as cold as r12 with the right stuff, but it will have a higher head pressure. Chad
