I would not recomend using clorax. I would worm the birds then put them on 4-1,then i would give them rejuvenation then i would give them altabatine, then go back to rejuvenation then give them bio pro and keep them on a program with the vitamins like Atlas or Ultimate Exlir and give them electrolytes. That is the breeders you keep them on that program. I would give all your birds that are flying but after they have better droppings just give the flyers plain water they might get too strong if you keep giving them vitamins. well just thinkin out loud.

why not clorax? Will worms cause this? Just wondering for my information.
You are right not clorax if you are using another medication, other wise a cap full in gallon of water will clear up the green doo doo. couple days should do it.

Clean the waterer regulary using clorax and rinse well. In the hot weather I have found the green dropping are prevalent, in the winter time not so much. Dirty waters are the cause of most sickness. These are my finding after having pigeons for many years.
Never use water with clorax in it when using medication.

The less medication we can use the better.

hahaha, and the less caustic chemicals given to birds to drink is a good idea too. LOL

My friend, green droppings are but a symptom of something wrong with your birds. You need to determine the cause.

Clorox bleach.Hmmmm,,,Do you like it when the water you drink is clorinated?I don't think so 'less ya live where there is city water which is clorinated and maybe you're used to it but pure fresh water is the best.My birds get All in One twice a year during the moult and before breeding season.Everybody gets it.The rest of the time Apple Cider Vinager(ACV),then garlic, then electrovites each once a month for a couple of days rest of time pure water from the well.If I lived where there was city water and it was clorinated I'd let water from the tap sit a day in a jug to let the clorine dissipate before giving it to my birds.Good for cleaning but drinking no thanks.
Just my opinion but ain't likely to change it.----------

If the droppings are a bright, vivid green color and appear slimy, it is usually a safe bet it is a strain of coccidiosis. Treat with a coccidiostat such as Amprolium or Vetisulid for starters. Tony might have something along those lines.
