my kit is consist of 6 birds, i feed them milo and wheat mix 50/50, one tablespoon each, i feed them once a day, but they never finish the food i gave them, but i fly them they cant hold out for 15min, more of like 8min and sometimes less, why is that?

Your are probably over feeding them if they are not finishing. They have gotten fat and lazy on you. Find a method to scar them back up after landing and if they are trapping flag them back out of the kitbox. This, with decreasing thier feed will get them back into shape.
Also keep in mind this time of year the heat and moult will also be affecting thier performance. But, you still should be getting at least 30 minutes of flight time. ---------- Nick

Like Nick said, you are probably over feeding them. I have found that if I run into that problem I don't feed them for one day, then I fly them, I keep track of their fly time and when they come in I give them about 1/2 of their normal ration (what ever amout you were feeding) of feed. I repeat this for the next few days. Then I adjust their feed from their. It usually works out within a week. Hope this might help

What time are you flying them? It may be the wheather...try adding feed and deceasing the feed...good luck on your birds....

i fly them around 9am in the morning and somtimes around 6 in the evening
