Had a great time yesterday and look forward to coming up again. Would have love to see Joe's kit but got there a little to late.Had a chance met people that I had only heard of or where only known from Tony's site. Just a great day all round with some good food. " Great job Guys".
I enjoyed seeing the roller fanciers in California that i havent seen for a long time. They must have had a great time at the roller affair. Good luck with your birds and at the flys. Ray

Hey Guys and Gals, I'm stuck in Ohio, not complaining just explaining why I'm not there. I't looked like a blast and Im hope someone had one beer for me! I like the pictures, it helps to place a face with the daily posts. It means more when you know at least what or how a person looks, makes for family even if long distance. I'm envious!
Your envious. Somebody had a party and I wasn't there. That totally sux. Sure looks like you guys had a great time. I guess you have to party all the time to forget that you live in California right? Thom, what part of Ohio are you in? My daughter is in Wellington, Ohio, about forty minutes south southwest of Cleveland. Gregg.
Hey Dave, Man, That Calif weather must be tuff!! Who are all those old men? I swear, some of them look just like my friends but their hair is grey and they got beer belly's! How did you do that? LOL KGB
doua, Thanks for sharing your photos. I had a great time there. You guys auctioned off birds from 11:00 to 3:00 I think thats the first time I saw the auction have more birds then the show itself. lol
hey nice pictures dave and doua...it was nice coming down and meeting everyone at the show...i had a blast...im really looking forward to next years show...
Thanks guys for the pics! Ya'll are some lucky people to have such a great gathering! I'm gonna make it to some of these gatherings someday!I'll probably get tarred and feathered after being a moderator, but I don't care!LOL I get these kids out of the house and this is how I will take my vacations!
Once again, thanks for the pics, Dave and Doua! ---------- Val
Haha, no kidding Sid.. And actually, I got some pictures too! But they are just of the birds, and not verry many of them came out well. ---------- You can check out my Graphics Website here: www.freewebs.com/mbgraphics91
Dave, Doua and Joe; you guys are right up north from me. If I just take 80 from Suisun City I can get there. Would love to attend you fellas spring & summer time activities.
Hmm.... looks like you guys know how to really do the roller game in fine fashion.
{P.S.} Joe or Dave... I'm going to need some 2008 HFRF (High Five Roller Flyer) Bands. Who do I send the money to? Sorry but I forgot.
{P.S} I know you guys are wondering why I stock so early.
Well my particular family of birds tend to be on the extra-deep side.... with very few bumpers or rolldowns. They lack the frequency required for WC competition at the moment.
...however
I have some 514 & Norm Reed crosses that should help promote the desired performance standards I'm seeking to compete on an International level.
NOTE: A few of the birds I have tend to come in early after the first moult. From current records..., they are listed as pure pedigreed Black Country Rollers (DIRECT DESCENDENTS OF ORIGINAL IMPORTS in THE EARLY 30's) from a select group of the Pensom family of rolling pigeons before the era of Plona & McCully.
Heck... what do I know. I wasn't even born then. (laughs)
