I flew my "Varsity" today and for the first time in a while they looked great. I had several double digit breaks. I almost wanted to cry. Nobody else was around so I decided to tell you all.
Now, the next time I may be wanting to cull'em all. But, today I consider myself a good manager(today only); tomorrow I may consider myself a bum manager.
Its all good!

Good job, Nick! That just goes for today though!LOL
I flew mine in the rain today! No breeze, just straight rain. They loved it! Most active I've ever seen my oldest kit. Mostly Jan./Feb. birds. They actually were breaking together a few times!Several birds that have been flat for awhile were working! Not much depth yet, but their still in their first molt! Still in the 90s here and humid!
I was hoping to see the water spin off of them but it wasn't quite heavy enough of a rain and it quit about 10 min into the fly!
Very satisfying day!

Nick,
The wind was sure blowing here, but seem to calm down somewhat this evening. So open went the kit door and out came 25+ birds ready to fly and flap those wings. Watching them I noticed that when they would go into the wind, it was time to roll or try to roll for some. Now I hope to see better birds the next time for when they came in they were looking very good here.
Not bad for 25+ 2007 birds not even in there prime yet.
