Mark, Yeah, the Coopers Hawks have just this last week showed up again.Haven't lost any yet but they sure don't help the training thing.Soon to lockdown till April.I bought 2 pair of Doneks to breed and fly the young to see if they are better at avoiding the BOPs. ---------- Kelly

Just showed up in the last couple of weeks here too! Seeing a few around town and been hit three times since the 3rd. Their not the experts though, they will be here later! Only had one youngster get caught so far and when it landed in the neighbors yard to eat it almost got caught by the neighbors dog its self! Droppe the bird trying to save its own life! Bird came home next day, ok, hopefully a little wiser! Hope this is teaching the youngsters what it is all about!
I only get to fly a couple times a week, so I will try mixing up my fly times and out smart them! If not, I will lock up for a few weeks! Shame, their really coming on with this weather changing! ---------- Val

Hey Val, The weather the last few days has been great in our area hasn't it. It's hard to believe it could go from hot to nice and cool overnight! My birds are enjoying this weather to, like you were saying cool weather is making a differance.
