Here are some photos of my loft. It is 9X14 and has three kit boxes a breeder loft and hen and cock loft all in one and it is walk in. You also have room for storage under the kit boxes and on top...with room to move around as well as some shelving for supplies. So Here it is.

Wizard,
Here are a couple more photos of my loft.
I have seen many much nicer then mine ..lol

The dimensions of my loft are 8'D X 16'L X 8'H.
I started out by laying 12" x 12" pavers down on level ground and built up from there. Everything has stayed level over the years.
It is broken into three sections, breeding pen & two separating pens. I open up the back pen when Im breeding so my birds can use that extra room to get sun and it helps with overcrowding breeding out of 16 pairs. You have much more room then I do and can do many things with that space. I put up security bars this year due to all the theft problems we have had in my area as well as other security measures that I care not to talk about on a public forum. I hope this helps you out with your loft project this weekend.

Tell us a little bit about yourself Wizard.
Who you are ?
Where you live ?
What birds you fly ?

Good Luck,
Ray

Brian,
I made 16 breeding pens.
4 high and 4 wide.
They are 24" W X 24" D X 15 " T.
They worked out real well this year.
If I was to change anything on them and if I had the room,
(And it looks like you will) I would go 3 high and 6 wide with wire bottoms and trays to pull out so I could breed individual or open loft and I would make them two to three inches taller inside. Easy clean up, Happy pigeons, everyone's happy.
thats 18 holes,....lol

Feel free to ask anymore questions Brian.

You guys realy put on a great display of lofts and kit boxes. Can you beleive it the Wizzard came on the scene from Colorado. Kenny Billlings told me Brian was living in that state. Dont you think its about time you move back to Idaho, Beian? Remember when i was singing on the way back from L.A. to Modesto and you lived in Stockton. You sure have owned some great breeding stock. Have you thought about driving race cars lately/ You must be trucking down those highways and thinking about breeding rollers and flying kits. Keep us posted about your activities in the sport. Ray
