Senor Fuentes you got Milo excited with those pictures and everyone else. I noticed i bred several blue bar with baldhead and low bib this year. Actually i have blue check too. Many years ago i mated mealy bar badge and mealy bar baldhead to self blue check. This combination shelled out blue check red check and blue bar with baldheads. The perfect baldhead is a bird when the neck is bent down and the beak is even with the white around the neck. Odd eyes or bull eyes crop up so it is wise to breed back to perfect eyed birds. That will help breed more birds with both eye colors the same color. If you prefer double bull eyed birds breed double eyed birds together. Incidently i have a friend living in Modesto,California with the same last name as yours. We did a lot of lifting weights together for many years. Keep on posting those pictures amigo. Hey Rudy I recently moved from Corpus Christi Texas and just bought a house in Mcallen Texas. A friend of mine is taking care of my breeders, while I relocate and settle in. I plan soon to get back into breeding and flying my rollers. I don't have my computer set up yet that's the reason why I haven't posted much. Thanks guys for the nice comments. Hey Rudy as soon as I'm up and flying, I will keep you posted on my progress. Like I said before I was so fortunate to have found a local fancier here in McAllen,Texas to house my rollers while my family and I settle in. He's name is Lalo Vela and has been a long time Racing Homer flyer. He kindly agreed to take care of my breeders and he himself wants to get started raising and flying rollers so I told him I would return the favor by getting him started what a win win situation.
