Willie - The 1220 blood is a very fast line in the Pensom family. Gary Severe bought both NBRC-68-1220 and NBRC-68-1221. 1220’S father was off of 145 (which produced some very fast pigeons.) and the mother was an imported hen that also went back to the Skidmore blood. Many of us have kept this line pure due to the high velocity of spin. John McDougal purchased the parents to 1220 at Bill Pensom’s auction. This blood is awesome for high velocity an many of the birds in this line are a little long cast.

Bob Scott had 1220 and bred it to 626,
I thought Van Copple ended up with 1220 ?

Hector - NBRC-68-1220 was first purchased by Gary Severe. He was the original owner. There are many individuals who had it after this including Bob Scott, Charlie Saldana, Jerry Higgins and VanCopple.

This is the Famous 1220. I have one bird from this line which was from Bob Scott. Which produce the offspring fast and too deep. My bird from this line is the 2nd picture.
