I just had 6 babies hatch and only 2 survived so far. The 4 that died were 3 days old. The 2 pairs that hatched the 4 babies don't appear to look sick. Which type of meds should I use?

Sounds like salmonella or pmv. I would pull all the eggs seperate the pairs and then medicate all your birds with sal bac and a pmv vaccination. Then put em back together. Both of the diseases are passed thru the parents to the chicks.
Ya gotta do a disinfection of your loft and breeder boxes or it will take a lot longer and you risk it moving to other boxes and birds. good luck.

Where do you live ,is it low tempature,is there surounding dry, do they have nesting material and what kind of water containers do you use ? It is hard to determ what meds, maybe you dont need meds. You say the parents seem not to be sick. I would check out things first and give vitamins- grit, maybe switch feed like pellets, you may have already done this.Something to think about. I wish you good luck and resolve your issue.

Cooler temps will play a huge factor, as well as the parents getting off of the nest to eat if food isn't available all of the time.
If they have food and water all of the time, and it is not cold where you live, then something else is causing this.
