I have a hen with a baby in the nest and they are doing fine, however every time I go to the loft there is another
hen that does not have a mate in there messing with the hen on the nest. I need to add that the hen that is doing all the picking and pecking with the momma hen is 16 years old.

What should I do?

No it is a roller and I have since put her in a kit box
with 3 other youngsters and they all seem to be doing fine!
So thanks for the info even if the answer was so obvious...
