hey ray the name broadway star comes from the fact that i live off broadway, and over the years ive had so many lawn shows and aome of every body, from jerryhiggings to the every day back yard flyer has been to my house for a show or a fly until one day my wife came out in the middle of a show and said there are so many people hear until it looks like a star is pulling up or something and from then own i started loft banding the broadway star.

Marvin, That makes since. I will have to look at your bands at our show tomorrow. There is a post on here that pops up every now and then on loft names. Some good ones in there. ---------- Ray

oh yea ray , you know i had the hardest time trying to find a replacement judge for the show a called a lot of people a few of them are the same people that have a bunch of junk to say when someone else is judging show birds the number one excuse i dont show bird alot i dont know what to look for im not that confident with the lawn show man i thought i had heard it all but some of these excuses take the cake, but the funny thing about this is the ones that said they were flyers not showers of bird well when i looked at there fly scores they probly should try to show some time becuse looking at the results there not good at either.

I was talking about bird showen in the lawn shows, the ones some people for some reason seem to think just look good but are good for nothing else but winning trophys, for years ive been doing both not only flying great rolling birds but being able to choose great looking and birds that are built right, having the right feel, feathering,& right expresion, but most of all knowing how to prep a bird for a show is the main area that most of them are lost in.
