Tou, you'll end up with nothing but crap birds if you crossbreed those. ---------- Kel.

Tou,
Trying to cross anything you get crap, it works for corn or beans but not in pigeons. It just tends to make people mad when you try to talk about trying it. Keep in pure my friend keep it pure.

It is a good thing that someone decided to cross breeds a long time ago or we wouldn't have the Birmingham Roller today. It will work by crossing. What you get might not be what you expected. The only way to know is do it. I know a fellow that spent 11 years on a single project before it was perfected. That takes dedication.I can't afford to lose that much time at my age.LOL. David

I have a friend who crossbreeds Parlors with Birminghams to introduce new colors into his Parlors. The F1's basically fly about 10 feet and roll-down.

in the past messages, i said i WONT try it. why are you guys saying im going to try it?
the only reason why i am asking this question is because my cousin and friends want to try it. they are only my age too and dont even know as much as me. well, i THOUGHT that it was good to teach others what good things to do and what bad things not to do.
i know they will be crap birds. i know not to do it. i want to protect others from it, with experiences.

Tou, You're on the right track, asking questions man. Some guys get a kick out of getting excited when someone mentions coloured rollers or crossbreeding rollers or show rollers.Don't worry. We're just making Geezzer noises.Old guys you know.Good to have some young blood on the site.If you get shit on here sometimes you have to give it back.Just be polite like you have been and everyone gets along.
