"Carolyn Dewberry reported Freedom lofts had been burglarized last Thursday night. Most of the birds taken have import bands. Two of them were Netherlands birds and the last 3 digits of the band numbers were 650 and 026 a Grizzle hen and a Dark check hen.
These were birds that had been sold and were awaiting shipment. As can be expected, she is quite upset over this. She has asked that we put out the word that if the birds are returned immediately she will not pursue this with the evidence that she has that may identify the person or persons responsible. 'There will be no questions asked'.
If anyone has any information about this or is approached about "Questionable" birds please contact Carolyn at 918-299-4887 or 918-510-9393.

Hmmm....
So I can see that this bird stealing business has been rather frequent lately and for quite some time.
Now I don't know whether or not I want to fly against certain roller people. You just don't know who they might bring around your premises.
Can't trust anyone... not even my mother!

You keepin an eye on your birds?
These knuckle-heads is ripping folks off of their pigeons.
Gosh darn it.... I love my birds.
I would be very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very A*N*G*R*Y if someone was to try and mess with my family of birds!

I must live a sheltered life. I'am totally amazed at the number of bird thefts going on out there . If these individuals knew the first thing about Rollers , then they would know the time,effort and money we put into building the families of birds we have today. If you cant get it honest,you have no business having it in the first place !

Man this really stinks now we can't trust anyone wit our birds cause if they like them we might get robbed..

birds are no different than our vehicles park in the front of our houses are personal belongings people steal anything of value dont be surprised about pigeon thieves if you cant trust anyone and shelter yourselves it takes the joy out of doing it you might as well get rid of the birds. get a big dawg secure your cage and hope you dont get victimized. its a shame i bought a expensive dog im afraid to leave um outside even in his own yard cannot stand the thought of losing him but he is a outdoors dog very larges deserve to be in the yard.and i live in a middle class area guess what they steal in all areas wow
just a thought would hate to lose my birds

hey lads did not know you had pigeon thiefs in usa.but its a big problem here in uk.most of our lofts are alarmed.

They have been pigeon thief since the 70's since i remember back in the Bronx I do say I am lucky no one wants rollers here.no locks in my kitboxes .thank God...the only thief is the BOP ..but not as bad as in other places..
